MyAblation Guide

Organ ablation procedures involve complex imaging, treatment planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration. The product provides one clear digital workflow covering planning, needle placement, ablation, and post-procedural assessment—reducing cognitive load for clinicians while improving procedural confidence and efficiency.

My role as Product Design Lead during this project was to understand, analyze, and supervise the design implementation during each step of the creation of this entirely new product. As the first software collaboration between Siemens Healthineers and Varian Medical Systems, one of the main challenges was to align the strategy, methodology, and team spirit across these two large organizations. Building on several years of experience, I helped structure the design approach, facilitate collaboration, and ensure a coherent product vision from concept to delivery.
